How Do I Return an Item?

  • Please call our office for an authorization for return (AR) prior to sending the item.   Any unauthorized items received will be returned to the shipper at the shipper's cost. 
  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed for reasons other than justified product dissatisfaction.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges for manufacturer's defects available within 14 days of product delivery.
  • No returns after 14 days of product delivery.  Please include a copy of your invoice.
  • Any return received where National Sports Distributors was not at fault will be automatically charged the 15% restocking fee.
  • Special Orders and Discounted Merchandise are not returnable.
  • No returns due to personality no shows.
  • No returns due to cancellation of orders by your customer.
