To send us your items please see the "Mail-in" choices. Your choices are Small Flat Items, All Other Flats, Mini Helmets, Footballs, Full Size Helmets, Jerseys, and Other Items. For example if you have a jersey to mail in please select "Mail-in Jersey" and in the shipping cart select how many jerseys you are sending. The shipping costs for all "Mail-in" merchandise will be determined after your items arrive and we will add this amount to your method of payment along with the $5 Authentication Fee for each "Mail-in" item. Your payment method will not be processed until we receive your items.

If you need Derek Carr autographed helmets, footballs or photos it is very easy to pre-order these items from us for the upcoming signing. Select the item you want and then add it to the shopping cart. FREE SHIPPING and the cost for Authentication is already included in the price for these items. (We do not sell Carr jerseys.)

As you can see many items are offered with only the autograph or also autographed with the Special Inscription "Just Win Baby!". For any item, "Mail-in" or "from our stock" you can add a Personalization or Special Inscription. Please select the "Special Inscription or Personalization" choice for additional information and the price.

We will also take your requests for your desired autograph location and pen color. (Every attempt for the proper location and color will be made but this cannot be guaranteed.) If no request is made the standard location and color will be provided. We have handled thousands and thousands of autographs in our 30 year history. We know how to do it right!

If you wish to have declared value insurance on your return shipment add $1.50 per $100 value. No declared value insurance will be provided unless you order this like any other item in the shopping cart. To order insurance please see the very last item choice "Return Shipping Insurance".

All orders are to be received by July 14, 2018. If you are ordering merchandise from our stock it is highly recommended to order as soon as possible to secure available inventory. Full size helmets are extremely limited due to the helmet manufacturer, Riddell, moving its production facility to another state.

Each autographed item comes with a NSD numbered Authentication Hologram and matching NSD Certificate of Authenticity. Our NSD authentication is considered one of the best in the industry. Derek Carr works directly with National Sports Distributors and this signing is conducted by NSD.

The signing is scheduled to take place sometime between July 15th and 30th (subject to updates). Once the signing is completed we will ship your items to you using UPS or the Post Office.
