What are NSD office hours?

NSD is open Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How Quickly Will My Order Ship?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days and if you need it sooner, we offer next day, 2nd day air or 3 day select.  Please refer to shipping methods for more information.

Return Policy (1)
How Do I Return an Item?
  • Please call our office for an authorization for return (AR) prior to sending the item.   Any unauthorized items received will be returned to the shipper at the shipper's cost. 
  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed for reasons other than justified product dissatisfaction.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges for manufacturer's defects available within 15 days of purchase.
  • No returns after 15 days.  Please include a copy of your invoice.
  • Any return received where National Sports Distributors was not at fault will be automatically charged the 15% restocking fee.
  • Special Orders and Discounted Merchandise are not returnable.
  • No returns due to personality no shows.
  • No returns due to cancellation of orders by your customer.
