• a copy of your resale or business license
• phone number
• email address
• mailing address
• type of business

In addition, please CLICK HERE to be taken to the page in our website to create your website password for your account. Be sure to check the box titled "Apply for Dealer Account." Then hit the "Create New Account" button. Once received, we will check to confirm that we have the necessary information mentioned above and approve you as a dealer. Once you are confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance as a NSD Dealer.
